The minimum processing time of a visa application is 15 days. Applicants are advised to leave enough time between the appointment date and travel date to have their visa application processed. No guarantees can be given on the visa application’s return date as delays may occur.

Applicants will receive a SMS and Email alert on the mobile number and email address provided while lodgment of the visa application, once the processed application is couriered or is ready for collection at VFS Netherlands Visa Application Centre.

Collection timings are Sunday to Thursday (15:00 – 16:00).

Applicants who are collecting the passport or notification letter at counter will need to show ID proof to the VFS staff at the time of collection of Passport.

Representatives / Agents / Consultants collecting the Passport / Documents/Notification Letter at counter will have to provide an authority letter from the applicant clearly stating the name of person & agency authorizing them to collect Passport on their behalf.
